Day 1: Tuesday April 29, 2025

(Optional Advanced) Day 2: Tuesday May 6, 2025
6pm Eastern / 3pm Pacific)

Circular breathing is a great tool that every horn player should have in their toolbelt.

It's useful for performing longer phrases, so the music you make isn't constrained by your lung capacity.

Even more importantly, circular breathing as a technique is a foundational skill that develops healthy chops.

When you can circular breathe, you understand how to play with puffed cheeks or not.

When you can circular breathe, you can play long tones that last multiple minutes at a time.

You can build endurance by producing continuous sound.

I've been circular breathing on the horn (and didgeridoo) for more than a decade now, with profound benefit.

In this training, we'll cover:
- The basic mechanics
- Circular breathing away from the horn
- Circular breathing on the horn
- Repertoire & practical applications

By the end of Day 1, you'll be circular breathing away from the horn (and most likely a little bit on the horn).

You'll get a week to practice and integrate. Then in the 2nd class we'll talk about applications on the horn.

Why am I offering this?

I love circular breathing and my position as Founder/Educational Director at High Range Magic gives me the opportunity to offer free classes sometimes, just for the fun of it!
